In contested litigation in Arkansas, communication is key.
Trent was born and raised in Arkansas, originally from Heber Springs before moving to Little Rock to practice law. Prior to opening River City Law, Trent practiced for over five years for a national law firm focused on Arkansas divorces, custody matters, child support, spousal support, uncontested divorces, guardianships, and more.
Trent expanded his practice with River City Law to include estate planning, personal injury, business services, appeals, and civil litigation. Trent now has over eight years of litigation experience.
In his free time, Trent enjoys running, playing competitive tennis, being with friends, and hanging out with his German Shepherd, Sascha.
Giana is from Rhode Island and she has lived in Arkansas since 2012. Prior to River City Law, Giana practiced for almost ten years for a national law firm focused on Arkansas divorces, custody matters, child support, spousal support, uncontested divorces, guardianships, and more.
Giana is excited to bring her experience helping those going through some of the most difficult times in their lives to River City.
In her free time, Giana enjoys going on adventures with her son, playing pickleball, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.
Kelcie “KP” Sonnier was raised in the Batesville area and relocated to Little Rock in 2021. She earned an Associate degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing and management from Arkansas Tech University.
As Director of Operations at River City Law, KP brings more than 12 years of professional experience across governmental affairs, client relations, marketing and communications, vendor management, and business operations. Her diverse background provides a unique perspective on the many moving parts involved in running a successful organization and creating a positive experience for the people it serves.
KP joined River City Law with a focus on elevating the client experience through streamlined business processes, thoughtful systems, and operational improvements that allow the firm to better serve its clients.
Outside of work, KP enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, cooking, and watching Formula 1.
Coeli is from Arkansas and has been in Little Rock since 2021. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and graduated from William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock. In her free time, she enjoys going on adventures with her partner and dogs, riding horses, hiking, and kayaking.
Jackson was born and raised in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business in 2022, majoring in Marketing with a minor in Management. During his undergraduate studies, Jackson gained professional experience through internships in sales and marketing, where he developed a strong foundation in communication, client relations, and business strategy.
Jackson went on to attend the University of Arkansas School of Law, graduating cum laude in May 2025. While in law school, he was actively involved in student organizations, serving as president of the University of Arkansas Club Racquetball, participating in law school flag football and soccer intramural teams, and serving as a member of the Law School Board of Advocates.
Jackson is currently an associate attorney at River City Law Firm, where he focuses on domestic litigation, estate, real estate, and civil litigation matters. He is committed to thoughtful, client-centered advocacy and draws on both his business background and legal training to support and guide his clients through challenging situations.
Brianna M. McDonough, originally from Connecticut, relocated to Arkansas in 2018 to attend Hendrix College. At Hendrix, Brianna earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy. She was a four-year member of the women’s lacrosse team, earning two all-conference awards and serving as captain her senior year.
She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in 2026. A proud member and advocate of Bowen’s part-time program, Brianna worked full-time throughout law school.
Before joining River City Law as an associate attorney, Brianna clerked with the firm, gaining valuable experience and insight into the firm’s approach to serving clients. She is passionate about working with clients during some of the most difficult times in their lives, with thoughtful, personalized, legal guidance.
In her free time, Brianna enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her dog, Scooter.
Logan grew up in Arkansas and spent five years as an elementary school educator before transitioning into a career as a paralegal. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs as well as getting lost in a good book.
Kristina just recently moved to Arkansas from Georgia. She spent the past 14.5 years as an elementary school teacher before transitioning into a career as a paralegal. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, exploring all the parks, and trying new restaurants in Little Rock.
